**IMPORTANT NOTES**

All volunteers must attend the orientation session prior to their first trial round to become aware of important rule and program updates and changes.

If you sign up for two trial rounds on either day, you will experience a waiting time between rounds for score tallying and volunteer orientation for new arrivals. This is unavoidable. You may bring reading or work to occupy your time.

(Bring your cell phone, if possible, to use to communicate with tournament headquarters before and after the trials.)
