Re: C-2 Move to CCA in Littleton
Effective January 1, 2010, C-2 will be moving to County Court A (CCA) in Littleton, CO
CCA is located at 1790 W. Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120. It is situated on Littleton Blvd between Broadway and Santa Fe. All cases with a future court date of January 1, 2010 and beyond will be heard in CCA. Please write your summons and complaints and notices accordingly. All attorney returns will be set at 9:30 a.m. Parties may be summonsed into CCA without a division assignment, as cases will be assigned to either C-1 or C-2 upon filing with the clerk's office. If you have any questions or problems please contact the C-2 division staff at 303-214-4016. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this transition.
