Honorable Daniel M. Taubman and David W. Stark and will provide apresentation that will include a discussion of Rule 6.1—the Voluntary Pro Bono Publico Service Rule and a point/counterpoint discussion of mandatory vs aspirational pro bono service requirements.

Honorable Angela Arkin will discuss “Ethical and Professional Considerations for Limited Scope Representation”.
