2018 Legislative Update

Presenter Jeremy Schupach will discuss several of the 2018 bills. Topics include:

• The bills that which the CBA took action, and other interesting bills which affected the Legislative session.
• An overview of the Legislature and the legislative process in Colorado.  
• How members can be involved in the legislative process.

Speaker Bio: 
Jeremy Schupbach is the Director of Legislative Relations for the Colorado Bar Association. He has more than 14 years of lobbying experience, working directly with the Colorado Legislature.  Jeremy’s responsibilities include working with the sections and members of the bar to develop and promote the association’s legislative strategy and to direct the lobbying efforts of the Colorado Bar Association.
