Topics include:

• Review of local (Arapahoe County) domestic relations practice and procedure
• Professionalism
• Best practice pointers
• How each division handles procedural issues that come up, including setting trials, emergency motions or disputes, etc.
• Current state of the docket (such as what practitioners can expect in terms of getting trial dates, hearing dates, etc.)
• What attorneys are doing right/wrong to maximize efficiency in getting cases to trial and trying cases
