Christian Mammarella is the Senior Forensic Analyst for Cyopsis. He has investigated computer, economic, property crime and homicides while working as a police detective for over 10 years. Christian participated in the Palm Beach County Sexual Predator Enforcement Unit and the Secret Service Miami Electronic Crimes Taskforce and is a proud veteran of the Army. He has examined computer systems and mobile devices in divorce, Corporate HR, IP Theft, Insurance fraud and data recovery cases. He has also worked with his clients to create investigative production protocols to protect the client’s privacy. Christian is a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas and the State of Colorado. He holds an Open Text forensic certification as an Encase Certified Examiner (ENCE). He has testified as a forensic expert for cases involving cell tower analysis, as well as in Federal, State and Military courts. He has been appointed to work as a neutral third party by the courts. Christian has produced to the jury, video and graphic depictions of the electronic evidence.

Jersey M. Green is a partner with Preeo Silverman Green & Egle P.C., and a commercial litigator and family law attorney with more than three and half decades of experience. Mr. Green is a member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Bar Associations and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University. Mr. Green has been admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming, the United States District Courts for the Districts of Colorado and Arizona, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been specially admitted to represent clients in court cases in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Montana, Nevada, and New York.
