Erin Williams is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Ms. Williams has been working in U.S. immigration since 2002 and enjoys an expansive breadth of knowledge in business and family based immigration matters. Ms. Williams is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) – including serving as an at-large committee member of the Immigration Section, and the Arapahoe County Bar Association (ACBA) – where she serves as Chair of the Immigration Section (2018).

Prior to joining the Joseph & Hall P.C., Ms. Williams worked at boutique, regional, and national size law firms in U.S. immigration practices. Ms. Williams specializes in business immigration and has been involved in the representation of clients at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
