Avoiding attorney malpractice and ethical grievance claims starts with ensuring that your attorneys are (1) able to bring their whole selves to work, and (2) provided with the tools necessary to ensure their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. This workshop will discuss ways to move your organization from good intentions to a concerted belonging and well-being initiative to attract and retain talented employees and help keep them out of professionalism trouble.
