Domestic Relations Coffee Talk

Join the ACBA and domestic Judges of the 18th Judicial District for a panel discussion of judicial officers describing their general practices and docket management for DR cases.  Included in the discussion are helpful hints for counsel on how to best utilize WebEx for virtual hearings in DR cases, including submission of exhibits to the Court and witnesses, updated WebEx features and how to handle virtual witness (non-party) testimony.  Counsel will have the opportunity to ask questions about a broad range of DR topics and how each judicial officer generally handles such issues including scheduling of permanent orders hearing dates, temporary orders, discovery, experts, child hearsay, etc.

Includes an introduction to the current judicial officers in DR and Q&A.

Presented by the domestic Judges and family court facilitators of the 18th Judicial District.
