Presentation: Tyler Mounsey, Director of Legislative Affairs for the Colorado Bar Association will provide his perspective about the upcoming legislative session. Tyler will also make a presentation about Amendment D, which, if passed, will provide a mechanism for the governor to appoint judges currently sitting in the 18th Judicial District to serve as judges in the 23rd Judicial District upon its creation in 2025.
