In-Person CLE
6465 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Conference Room #230

Light refreshments will be provided.

Please join us for an in-person CLE "New Developments in Electronically Stored Evidence", presented by Chris Mammarella, Vestige Digital Investigations and Jersey M. Green, Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, P.C.

This CLE is designed for litigators to help them recognize what electronically stored information (“ESI”) can help you prove, how to obtain and get ESI admitted into evidence, and what advantages you may gain from the other side's spoliation of ESI.  This CLE necessitates an in-person seminar because of the demonstrations you will see.
