Support Access-to-Justice in Arapahoe County. Sign up to participate in the fun run/walk by May 15th and you will receive a t-shirt with your registration. See Agreement & Waiver below. Registrations after May 15th are not guaranteed a t-shirt and may receive a t-shirt on a first-come basis as available.

AGREEMENT & WAIVER
Agreement & Waiver: I know that running/walking and/or allowing my child(ren) to run/walk a 5K/1K Fun Run is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not participate or allow my child(ren) to participate unless I am and/or my child(ren) is/are medically able to and properly trained. I assume all risks for myself and my child(ren) associated with running or walking in this event, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, injury from traffic, the effects of weather, and route conditions, all such risks being known to me and appreciated by me. In consideration of acceptance of my registration, I hereby, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and I unconditionally waive and release and discharge the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the City of Greenwood Village, County of Arapahoe, event officials, volunteers, and all sponsors, including agents, employees, assigns, or anyone acting on their behalf, from any claim or liability for death, personal injury, or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in the course of, my participation in this event, whether same be caused by negligence or any other fault. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I assume all risks associated with my use of a wheelchair or stroller of any kind during my participation in the event including all risks for all occupants of such wheelchair(s) or stroller(s). I also agree that photographs/video taken of me and/or my child(ren) are the property of the Arapahoe County Bar Association. I am of legal age and filling this out on behalf of myself and my underage child(ren) and understand the consent and release.
